MigdaMD welcomes adults of all backgrounds and identities. The practice provides comprehensive adult primary care with expertise that includes prevention, chronic condition management, women’s and men’s health, midlife care, sexual health, metabolic health, PrEP, and HIV care.

Membership includes an ongoing primary care relationship with Dr. Rodriguez, direct secure messaging, medically appropriate in-person and virtual visits with no fixed monthly limit, prevention planning, chronic condition management, clinically appropriate hormone and weight-management care, coordination, and second opinions.

MigdaMD does not bill insurance for membership services, and membership is not health insurance. Members are strongly encouraged to maintain coverage for emergencies, hospital care, specialists, procedures, imaging, medications, and other outside services.

Secure messages go directly to Dr. Rodriguez. Nonurgent messages receive a response within 24 hours, often sooner during practice hours. Same- or next-day visits are available when possible, based on clinical need and availability; MigdaMD is not a 24/7 service.

Once enrollment and acceptance are complete, MigdaMD is designed to be your primary care home. In-person care is available in St. Petersburg and telehealth throughout Florida when appropriate. Some concerns still require an examination, testing, urgent care, emergency care, or another clinician.

You may use insurance for outside services. When self-pay is preferred, MigdaMD will help identify reasonable cash-pay options when possible. Outside providers bill these charges separately.

Evaluation and ongoing medical management are included when clinically appropriate. Separate costs may apply for laboratory testing, imaging, medications, procedures, and other outside services.

No. The priority waitlist is free and does not require payment. It provides opening updates and priority access to enrollment information.

No. Call 911 or seek emergency care for urgent or life-threatening symptoms. Membership does not provide on-demand emergency coverage.
