Why I Created MigdaMD

I created MigdaMD because modern healthcare stopped feeling like healthcare.

After years of practicing within traditional systems, I became increasingly frustrated—not with my patients, but with everything standing between us. Rushed visits. Fragmented care. Administrative barriers. Insurance and corporate rules too often shaping decisions that should belong to patients and their physicians.

I knew my patients deserved better. And honestly, I knew I could practice better medicine.

So I built MigdaMD.

Here, primary care is what it should be: a long-term relationship with a physician who truly knows you. You are not joining a platform, calling a call center, or being passed between unfamiliar clinicians. You are choosing me as your doctor.

I take the time to understand your history, your goals, and the life behind your health—not simply what appears in your chart. Together, we make thoughtful decisions grounded in medical evidence, honest conversation, and what is genuinely right for you.

MigdaMD is intentionally small, physician-led, and membership-based, with in-person care in St. Petersburg and telehealth throughout Florida when clinically appropriate. This model gives us something healthcare has gradually lost: time, continuity, trust, and direct access to a physician personally invested in your health.

MigdaMD is named in honor of my grandmother, Migda. Her warmth, strength, and resilience remind me that good medicine is about more than tests and prescriptions—it is about knowing people, showing up for them, and earning their trust over time.

If you are tired of feeling rushed, unheard, or like just another chart in a system—you are exactly who I built MigdaMD for.
